Our building has been using Panda's services for yeras because they are the best. I have dealt with about 6 HVAC companies in the past year because of problems with my CAC. Panda replaced my entire HVAC unit. They offered the best quote, the best quality of work, the most accurate advice, the exact unit I chose. They did extra work like replacing the floor in my machine room, removing and reinstalling the boiler, which other companies refused. Marek rerouted my gas pipes, installed a pump and redesigned the arrangements in my boiler room. Really, it would take 2 pages to describe how much better they are than the competition. No one, absolutely no one has the skills Marek has. Most of the others are hacks and thieves.

Best HVAC Company...I should know as I call many of them; all others tried to push whatever unit have available by their suppliers but I stick to my choice and Panda order whatever I wanted...I had Trane xl16i, I wanted the same unit and Panda ordered for me. Installation was a breeze; Mark is very thorough checking everything and he’s even asked me to comeback after a while to check on the system if it’s function at it’s peak.Highly recommended!

I hired Panda to clean out my HVAC systems after some renovations in the home rendered the ducts and system full of dust and unhealthy. The Deep cleaning and sanitizing that the technicians did, left my system clean and free of dust and any other allergen that are hazardous to our environment. I highly recommend their service.

Not the cheapest or the most expensive but you can see they take their profession seriously, and are respectful of their customer, and work well as a team. For a big job they were done quickly with no problems, and that was not just luck.

It also helped balance the airflow in the house. Compared with the previous company who had no ethics and professionalism at all, Mark and his team did a wonderful job! Really appreciate their work.

I wholeheartedly recommend Panda AC for anyone looking to replace or service their central AC system. Having previously installed a system about 12 years ago using the lowest bidder, I had been plagued with constant problems--faulty condenser and multiple freon leaks. It was extremely frustrating, and I needed to replace that system for this summer.Panda AC came highly recommended by my neighbors in the building. I found Mark to be very responsive--they suggested several options for systems I could choose, and gave me a range of prices to choose from. They didn't try to push the most expensive option in front of me, and let me make my decisions based on my own needs.They had Vlad handle my installation, and he was incredibly professional--arrived on time each morning (it took a day and a half to install the system), and took multiple steps to ensure that my AC was properly set up with upgraded drain pipes and insulated lines. They cleaned up my place when they were finished, and you almost wouldn't know that someone was even there.When it comes to AC--the people who install your equipment and maintain it are super important--it's better to spend money on quality because I think my new system will last for many years to come.Thanks, Mark and Vlad!

Every little deviation from what you agreed upon will cost you an arm and a leg only because you have no choice but to agree. HVAC PANDA total opposite. Dont get me wrong, they are in business to make $$$ but they stand behind their work. They install new ac system in my house and instead of 3 days as we agreed they spent 5 days and saved me $$$$$$ by fixing pipes and electric that was messed up by previous installer. Even though their communication could be a bit better, overall they were great. There were some complication with the repairs but they made sure to fix it all and leave everything in the great condition. Mark and Sergio at Panda HVAC were great. Our relatively new heater just stopped working for our tenants. Mark and Sergey came within 2 hrs of my call. They were punctual, knowledgeable and nice. Quickly diagnosed the problem, price was reasonable and they had good recommendations for additional maintenance. We will definitely use t them again.
